Operating Procedures For Air Compressors
Air compressor is one of the main mechanical power equipment of many enterprises, and it is very necessary to maintain the safe operation of air compressor. Strict implementation of air compressor operating procedures, not only help to extend the service life of the air compressor, but also to ensure the safety of air compressor operators, let's understand the air compressor operating procedures.
First, before the operation of the air compressor, the following problems should be paid attention to :
1. Keep the lubricating oil in the oil pool within the scale range, and check that the amount of oil in the oil injector should not be lower than the scale line value before the operation of the air compressor.
2. Check whether the moving parts are flexible, whether the connecting parts are tight, whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the motor and electrical control equipment are safe and reliable.
3. Before the operation of the air compressor, check whether the protective devices and safety accessories are intact and complete.
4. Check whether the exhaust line is unblocked.
5. Turn on the water source and open each inlet valve to make the cooling water unblocked.
Second, when the air compressor is operated, it should be noted that before starting for the first time after long-term decommissioning, it must be inspected and pay attention to whether there are phenomena such as impact, jamming or abnormal noise.
Third, the machinery must be started in a no-load state, and then gradually put the air compressor into load operation after the no-load operation is normal.
Fourth, when the air compressor is operating, after normal operation, you should always pay attention to the readings of various instruments and adjust them at any time.
Fifth, during the operation of the air compressor, the following conditions should also be checked :
1. Whether the motor temperature is normal, and whether the reading of each meter is within the specified range.
2. Whether the operating sound of each machine is normal.
3. Whether the suction valve cover is hot, and whether the sound of the valve is normal.
4. Whether the various safety protection equipment of the air compressor is reliable.
Sixth, after 2 hours of operation of the air compressor, the oil-water in the oil-water separator, intercooler and aftercooler needs to be discharged once, and the oil-water in the air storage barrel should be discharged once per shift.
Seventh, when the following situations are found in the operation of the air compressor, it should be stopped immediately, the cause should be ascertained, and the cause should be eliminated.
1. Lubricating oil termination or cooling water termination.
2. Sudden increase or decrease in water temperature.
3. The exhaust pressure suddenly rises and the safety valve fails.
The operating power part of the press shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the internal combustion engine.
